MessageBank® Standard comes with a private mailbox and can be accessed directly from your mobile or remotely from another service. It’s suitable for all mobile phone users, including business customers. This service comes standard with all Telstra mobile services.

MessageBank Standard offers the following features:

  • Call-back - call the person who left the message with the press of a button if the number is not blocked 
  • Hang-up messages – receive SMS notification when someone has called your mobile phone, heard your greeting, but has hung-up before leaving a message if the number is not blocked 
  • Personal receptionist - callers can choose to leave a voice message or be transferred to another fixed or Australian mobile number 
  • Special delivery - allows you to request MessageBank to call you at a specified number when you receive a message 
  • Access via fixed or mobile - check your messages and receive notification from either a fixed or Mobile service 
  • Send via fixed or mobile - send messages from your mailbox to other fixed and mobile numbers 
  • Group messaging - reply to messages or send voice messages to groups of people 
  • MessageBank roaming - use MessageBank while travelling overseas
  • Fun greetings - select a pre-recorded greeting as your MessageBank greeting
